What is internal co-ordination?

in internal enviroment many processes ocure
digestion
circulation
to function well all processes must be co-ordinate
is part of sensitivity
nervous system uses

are not part of the locomotor system
they are part of many organs
function indepently
examples:
heart muscle: contracts and relaxes creating heartbeating
digestive tube:move food from the mouth to the large intestine
the nervous system controls this muscles through nerves

make chemicals called hormones
release hormones to the blood
hormones act like messagers
travel circulatory system
when it reach the cells, excute and order transmit
react slowlier than nervous system
The changes in our body by endocrine system are longer than a normal movement
can affect many organs
can control growth and reproduction

there are 4 glands
thyroid gland produce hormones help us make full use of nutrients
pancreas produce insuline regulates amount of sugar
Pituary gland:are found in the brain produce hormones
The ovaries in women the testicles in menproduce sex hormones deter minate if you are boy or girl.
