It's shape can be flat, stepped recess, concave, parabolic concave, conical concave, conical convex, parabolic convex, or truncated. The nose may be soft, hollow, and/or jacketed. The nose may be round, sharp, conical, conoidal, flat, short coned, or truncated. The cannelures may be knurled or smooth, there number and location should be documented.
