LOW CONTEXT (Information was communicated precisely from the very biggining, we put emphasis on respecting the deadlines and to have a good communication with each other. From the very biginning we knew what we should focus our attention on the project, ex: Andrei had to talk about Eastern mentality, Romanian perspective, focus on values and norms in Romania. Task were split, Pieter-Jan Michiel and Justine had to talk about Belgium and Western Perspective with regard to the idea of Indulgence and Restraint and Andrei, Alper and Bukurije and to talk about Eastern europe perspective )
CONCLUSION: Appropriate communication created trust, good times, commitment, creativity, accuract
