    - - Before we jump in.. focus on last 3 years only. I want to stay focused. Think of a summary of the event first 2-3 sentences. Then ask for the title, Your Name and the Title "Jennifer Restores Purpurse to Team..." etc. YOU had direct involvement. Ask for milestones of the event and a timeline of each milestone. Ask for the outcome of the event. THen, begin to have them tell the story of the event.
        
        Actions (What were you thinking, Saying, what were they saying, thinking... Another Action... take them back to feelings, context, saying...
        
        Our goal is to have THEIR story about the PAST event.. What did you do? Tell me about one specific event
        
        Avoid leading questions... (no emotions...). What happened next?
        
        I led... what did you do? I met with... What did you say? I presented... What did you do? I knew that... What was your thinking?
