As the owner of this facility I would gain a lot of profit, and the community would as well.
I believe it would draw people to the city, and make other business just as profitable.
Feedback
While exploring the idea of a Women's Club I have discussed this venture with numerous people.
Both men and women like the idea, and believe it would be a success.
I do however still need to get the feedback from higher society, and see how they would perceive such a business.
Obsolence
There is no fear of this particular venture becoming obsolete.
I would keep the place fresh, and create new ideas so it never becomes boring.
Women are always looking for things they can do that is just for their entertainment. This is that place.
Customers
My customers would be women over 21.
They would be office women, as well as the working class.
Bachelorettes and birthday girls would be the majority of my business customers I am assuming.

Competition
There is no other place in this city like a Women's Club
Even if competition springs up I will research their direction and find ways to keep my business profitable.
Most businesses of this nature are for men, and would not attract the same clintele
