Indication: conservative/medical failure
MOA: resection of prostate via urethral access
SEs: retrograde ejaculation, bleeding, infection, ED, incontinence, strictures, TUR syndrome (washout hypo-Na)
NB. avoid driving and sex for 2wk, haematuria for 2wk,
may have initial frequency
