Leadership
Leadership can be something big or small. It can be someone organizing an event or a group of people. It is something inside everyone is some shape or size. My principles of leadership include a vision and motivation. Leadership must have an idea and a way or sharing it with others. Leadership must have motivation. One must be able to channel energy to others.
I envision channeling my leadership with my coworkers at team meetings. I would really like to take some initiative to change things on our team, using my vision and motivation.
I plan to stay true to my teacher ethics in the process of change. I want to post these ethics around my work space, so I can reflect and remind myself on the importance of these characteristics.
