Sickness and health (healthy habits)
Healthy diet: variety nutrtious food (fruit/vegetables), drinkin lots of water, unhealthy diet (obesity, nutritional deficiences, chronic diseases)
Hygiene: wash hands, brush teeth, shower regulary. poor Hygiene: salmonella, flu, diarrhoea, sickness, cold
Physical exercise: body fit/strong/flexible. Lack exercise: lethargy
Posture: look after back. Bad posture: fatigue, backaches
Rest: sleep 9/10 hours. Sleep deprivation: irritability, lack of concentration,memory deficit
Senses
Hearing: ears, ear flap, ear canal, ear drum, auditory nerve, cochlea, osscicle, bones, outer ear, middler ear, inner ear.
Smell: nose (pituitary gland), nostrils, nasal septum, olfactory bulb
Sight: eyes, iris, eyeball, pupil, retinima, eyebrows, eyelashes, eyelids, lacrimal glands
Taste: mouth, tongue, senses, saliva
Touch: skin (hot/cold), rough/smooth, hard/soft
Circulatory system
Function: distributes nutrients oxygen different parts body, gets rid unwanted substances

Heart: pumps blood through blood vessels
Blood vessels: transport blood around body
Types
Veins: carry blood body to heart
Capillaries: very thin vessels connect arteries and veins
Arteries: carry blood heart to body
Blood: red liquid contains nutrients oxygen, carries unwanted waste substances
Heart work: heartbeat (continues contracting/relaxing), when relaxes fills up blood from veins, when contracts pushes blood through arteries
Respiratory system
Function: help deliver oxygen all parts body
Parts
Bronchi: tubes carry air trachea to lungs, lead smaller airways connected air sacs/alveoli (bronchioles)
Pharynx: allows air flow mouth/nose to lungs
Diaphragm: muscle helps lungs move breathing
Lungs: spongy organs, milions tiny air sacs(alveoli), gas exchange
Larynx: contains vocal cords
Trachea: rigid tube carries air bronchi
Nasal cavity: heats moisten filters air
Digestive system
Function: getting nutrients food
Parts: mouth, tongue, teeth, pharynx, stomach, gastric juices, esophagus, large intestine, small intestine, pancreas (liver, anus)
Excretory system
Function: remuve waste substances from body
Parts: kidneys, urethra, bladder, ureter, urine, liver, anus
