EVAPORATION : with high temperatures water evaporates and goes up to the sky in the form of vapor 
Vapor, in the sky, forms clouds :
PRECIPITATION: vapor becomes water again, in the form of rain. The weight of water makes the drops of rain fall down.

The sun warms the water collected in seas, rivers and lakes up.
COLLECTION. water coming from the rain, gets collected in rivers, lakes, seas....
CONDENSATION: the vapor in the clouds, due to low temperatures, condenses
