: Viet Cong would use peasants to disguise themselves from us soldiers. some peasants were killed because there were not obeying
tunnels
: this tunnels were used to hide from the us military. these tunnels served as a kitchen, aid room, and weapon storage
hanging onto american belts
: the viet cong would fight close enough to the us so that the us could bomb them
booby traps:
traps would be placed all over the jungle so that us solder passed they could fall in it. some of these traps were not made to kill us soldiers but to injure them
the viet cong tactics were more effective than the us because there tactics were cheap, did not affect any civilians
