Home-like environment
Residents enjoy having a room that is large enough to have their own furniture in. They also enjoy having a private bathroom in close proximity.

The opportunity for pets to come and live is great for some residents and it really does make it feel like their home.
Caring practices
A resident expressed how a daily routine is a good idea, except for those times where the routine is disrupted i.e. the nurse is late with handing out medications or when cares are done late.
Residents are happy with the staff, some say they feel like family to them. This makes them feel at home,
