How often should we aim to UPDATE the portal design?
Depends on reporting lines, reports updates, etc.
Keep it as accurate as possible, but design wise every 6 months is ok.
How do we MANAGE information (updates) and daily requests?
Brand managers in every department, they communicate directly Madeleine Atkins( Project manager) asking for the request.
Timeline using WRIKE. Every manager has access to Communication's dept. timeline.
FEEDBACK for StaffHub
Pictures: More accurate pictures. An idea is to get a photographer and get some of every department.
Announcements: Make sure they deliver the same message every time. ( Be intentional about what type of message you like to be posted here ex. Staff Lunches)
Keep it Australia.
Interest page: Change the name to something else. Change icons names example. Human resources, add a sentence below of what it does.
Delete interest pages, news.
Change Icon to IT support.
Great opportunity for staff to know what each department does.
Opportunity for Organisational Structure.
Keep information accurate/ updated for Staff. Reliance.
Excellent idea for community by adding relevant photos of what each department does. Staff identify other Staff.
Consultant: Meeting with her regularly to get input and ideas, by bringing content prepared and having clear topics we want to discuss.
Site owner to understand SharePoint better.
Be involved on improving user experience. ( This can be more specific??)
