Summative
Research Project: Students will research, define, draw and construct various 3-Dimensional figures.
Final exam: Exam given to studetns to assess knowledge learned throughout the entire semester.
Diagnostic
Textbook Pre-assessment: Assessments driven to assess whether students have the skills and/or sub-skills required for the upcoming chapter/unit.
Questionnaires: Anonymous questionnaires to assess prior knowledge that will push for accuracy of data.
Performance
Diagram Labeling: Students will be given a worksheet with a circle on it. They will then be responsible for defining and drawing all the vocabulary terms asociated with circles.
Homework Assignments: Students will complete homework that requires them to calculate and show their work on every problem. All of these answers are free response.
Formative
Definition: Formative assessments are assessments that allow a way to monitor student learning in order to adapt instruction and provide academic feedback to students. These assessments have little to no impact on student grades. :
