People: Stakeholders have different interests of success or failure and that's arise conflicts if they don't agree
Process: a set of project management and product development process, it defines the project goal, also it focuses on the new product design.

Includes time, money, people and technology to achieve the project's goal
Project Roles
include technical and nontechnical skills, technical required to build or implement, nontechnical required to success the project.
Types of rolee
Project manager (leader): responsible for making sure that all process needed for creating the project are in place and carried out efficiently and effectively.
Project sponsor: provide resources, making project's decisions, giving directions, and supporting project when needed.
Subject Matters Experts: a person who has a specific knowledge in a specific functional area needed to support the project.
