    - - Any information around best practice/corporate direction/decisions by the PMO needs to be better communicated to the wider stakeholder grouper. I recommend creating a comms channel on the engine room page to keep live updates.
  - - - Deliver Training on using the new scoring scheme: finishing the guidance pack/setting up a workshop with financial parts transfer people/ create an 'art of estimating' atmosphere around using the scoring scheme
    - - The scoring scheme is complete. It will be added to the CA operations Risk Management Plan when it is updated. This is when teams should start using it and it should be rolled out. NIcki Pritchard
    - - Parts transfer community have expressed concern over sharing the scoring scheme with externals. This was discussed by the civil risk team and they made several conclusions. One is that a filtered version of the scoring scheme should be shared with suppliers. This needs to be created and rolled out.
