Counter Claim (Emily V.): GMOs could possibly hurt the environment, but has it been proven that it hurts it at all? I say this because now, we a lot of problems in the environment. For example, the pollution is hurting the environment. Would you really know whether or not it's actually hurting the environment as bad as they say it is.
Counter Argument: You are right, but we will be able to notice if these organisms are killed off, it leads to a loss of biodiversity in the environment while also putting other organisms at risk by creating an unstable ecosystem.
