- - - - Exit Tickets:Students will be given an exit ticket at the end of a lesson to see if the student understood the lesson. Usually this is in the form of a worksheet, little quiz or question.
      - Think, Pair, Share: The teacher will ask students a question they will think about it maybe write it down, pair up with a partner and share their answers.
- - - - Midterm Test:Students will create a mid term exam over information covered in the unit. There grade will reflect what they understood.
      - A Final Project:This could be in any subject students will complete a project over a topic at the end of a unit. Teachers can see what students understood by grading the project.
- - - - STARR Testing: This standardized test is given to students in their specific grade level. It evaluates students knowledge and what they have learned through out the school year.
      - MAP Testing: MAP is given during the school year to students to evaluate their understanding in reading and math. The test is on the computer.
- - - - Maps: Students will make their own maps. This can be used in any subject but it can be great to incorporate it in a social studies lesson.
      - Checklists: This can be given to students to manage their tasks and make sure they are following directions. This can be used in all subjects.
