        Focused intervention with use of Easi Grip Garden tools, extendable tools and a raised garden bed to help her with gardening so she can still participate. Also uses sock aid, reacher and built up handles/grips for use in the bathroom for patient's desire to dress and complete personal hygiene as independently as possible.

Focus of finding a place to socialize that doesn't require the high level of activity tolerance and fine motor control.
