Analysis #2
Working-class schools
-
Students & knowledge
In this area the students have been taught most likely the worst due to the lack interest given by both the students and the teachers
Curriculum
The curriculum for this type of schooling is lower based on where the families live. If the families moved to an area with a better school, there child would be recognized as behind because of different school standards
-
Something i was confused about in this are was why the teachers lacked the energy to teacher there students. If they wanted to be a teacher, they need to teach with a passion and a desired goal to get somewhere
Middle-class schools
-
Curriculum
The curriculum in the school would be considered standard for school and it would be recommended for most students
-
i grew up in this kind of setting and there were a lot of advanced students in my area and I thought they deserved more if it were possible
My area of question for this section of the study is why make these students not challenge themselves. If you see that they are bored, give them something harder.
