      - I would start by documenting this occurrence
      - I would perform a re-evaluation on this patient to start from scratch with valid and accurate measures. This would help create the most accurate and beneficial treatment plan for this patient.
      - Provide resources about AOTA standards/code of ethics and explain how this goes against them
      - I would talk with the director of therapy about this situation and I would also remind my supervisor that this is illegal and should never be done.
    - - Risk of ruining interprofessional relationships within the facility or within other facilities
      - Legal issues with family members
      - AOTA or the state taking licenses away from facility/CI
