Group Facilitation
With self-esteem as the topic and high schoolers as the topic, the gropu leader must possess certain characteristics. Those traits are; courage, caring, empathy, and a willingness to model. As the school counsleor and group leader, it is important to promote a postive and safe envirnoment for the students.
