There are higher levels of oxytocin in the brains of females than males. Girls and boys prefer different atmospheres also. Also, different lesson plans work well more a male better than for a female. The schools are saying the education is even. But there are concerts that single-sex education might result in a reversion to sex-based stereotypes or roles.

    - - Having teachers who care about their students' success is very important, especially in the exam schools. It is important because they are required to get the kid's college-ready. They have high standards since a student has to do well on tests.

    - - I don't believe that schools should be rated on there test scores. There is a countless number of students who are extraordinary in a classroom but have massive text anxiety which causes them to perform poorly in a test setting..
        
        If they are failing as a public school, why would transitioning into a charter school make it any better?

- - - - This is just talking about how elite schools are not mentioned very often. These schools are many times forgotten about because they are not just everywhere. They are selective and unless you are in the area where one is you are likely to forget them.
