Corticosteroid
prednisone (Prednisone Intensol
MECHANISM OF ACTION:After administration, prednisone is converted to prednisolone. Anti-inflammatory effects are complex, but via binding to cellular glucocorticoid receptors, prednisolone acts to inhibit inflammatory cells and suppresses expression of inflammatory mediators
SIDE EFFECTS
confusion
restlessness
headache
nausea
vomiting
weight gain
INDICATION:Prednisone is a glucocorticoid medication mostly used to suppress the immune system and decrease inflammation in conditions such as asthma, COPD, and rheumatologic diseases.[2] It is also used to treat high blood calcium due to cancer and adrenal insufficiency along with other steroids

triamcinolone

side effects
Redness or pain at the injection site
, stomach upset
headache
dizziness
weight gain may occur
indications

Betamethasone
MECHENISM OF ACTION: Betamethasone binds to specific intracellular glucocorticoid receptors and subsequently binds to DNA to modify gene expression. The synthesis of certain anti-inflammatory proteins is induced while the synthesis of certain inflammatory mediators is inhibited. As a result, there is an overall reduction in chronic inflammation and autoimmune reactions.
INDICATIONS: It is used for a number of diseases including rheumatic disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus, skin diseases such as dermatitis and psoriasis, allergic conditions such as asthma and angioedema, preterm labor to speed the development of the baby's lungs, Crohn's disease, cancers such as leukemia
