Characters
Buck-He grew up pampered in a large house and doting family. He was arrogant and civilized. When put in a more primitive setting he fought for dominance and transformed tremendously.

Spitz- He was the leader of the pack, used to being on top. The only dog to ever challenge him was Buck.
In his and Bucks fight to the death, eventually Buck came out on top.
Perrault and Francois- They were government agents bought Buck from the man in the red sweater and the people who taught Buck how to pull the sleigh

Hal- He was Mercedes brother and the man the team was sold to by the Scotch Half-Breed. He was inexperienced and mistreated the dogs.

John Thorton- He saved Buck from being beaten to death by Hal and became his loving master. Thorton is the first only person Buck has ever felt love for.

Manuel- He was a servant for Judge Miller and made a habit of gambling. In order to pay his debts he sold Buck.

Plot
Exposition:A dog named Buck lived a lavish life in a large house, with a family that adored him
Rising Action- Buck was kidnapped by Manuel and sold; Buck went to the Man in the Red Sweater and learned his first lesson; Buck was bought by Perrault and Francois and brought to Alaska; Curly was killed; Buck learned the Law of Club and Fang; Buck killed Spitz in their fight to the death; Buck took Spitz's place as the leader of the pack by outsmarting Francois; The team was sold to The Scotch Half-Breed; Dave got sick but still wanted to pull the sled and eventually died; The team was sold to Hal, Mercedes, and Charles; Hal began mistreating the dogs and they died one by one; They stopped briefly

Falling Action- Hal, Mercedes, Charles, and the Sled Team fell through the ice and drowned; Buck began living with Thorton and his dogs; Burton attacked Thorton and consequentially Buck attacked Burton; Buck saved Thorton from drowning in the rapids; Thorton made a bet with Mathewson and Buck ended up winning him 1600 dollars;

Thorton, Hans, and Pete paid their debts and made their way to a lost mine in the Northern lands; Once they settled in to camp Buck started to venture off into the Wilderness; Buck came across a lone wolf but eventually left him to go back to Thorton; After Buck killed the moose he came back to camp to find that everyone was killed by the Yeehats; Buck killed the Yeehats
