Social interactions (the social dimension was important and some at WW even created friendships. Known group socialisation enhanced CC building during and after the festivals in terms of knowledge creation. Informal external interaction fostered social skills, literary knowledge, knowledge about the local culture and people, and new ideas for writing projects by listening, talking, and people watching. Formal external interaction created knowledge and skills by listening to the speakers at the events or the workshops, or literary knowledge by professional interaction among peers/ devotees.
