valve steinosis
a defect in valves failing to open which makes heat pump harder. can happen to any valve but the worst would be mitral valve steinosis
myocardial infarction
a heart attack; caused when heart muscle cells die dur to lack of blood to heart. caused by atherosclerosis of coronary arteries.
fibrillation
rapid uncoordinating shuddering of heart muscle which prevents heart from acting as a pump. caused by defect in intrinsic conduction system (SA node)
