Ask "why" in order do understand the desired subject
Answer "why" with simple and clear answers. Sometimes even a sentence isn't required
Use "why' as much as possible, simply asking how or what isn't gonna get you anywhere

Using emotions may be used to direct a topic into a situation, such as rushing in a touchy or urgent situation
Using proper language and words may steer the conversation in a good direction. No wants to hear monotone or sarcasm

By sending a letter or text, the receiver(s) can read the letter without your presence or take time reading to letter if it is long
Mailings save the need to actually meet up with a person for discussions, which may affect their or your scedules
Blogs, Articles, Listings or speeches
Multiple People can hear/see your words whenever they want anywhere without the hassle of going to a place
People can directly see what your intentions are
Similar to social media, heard by everyone.

CONCLUSION
There are many ways to represent information, no matter how you do it or in what language, nor where when and what is done. As long as it shows information it is still possible to be done.
