I found a lot of this article to be true in the most simplistic since. I've experienced all of these feelings in some capacity in relationships with friends and significant others. The importance placed on each of these steps I don't believe reflects the real length or importance of each in the real world, but each is complacent in the steps of beginning and ending a relationship. This model is very accurate and encapsulates many things that people still don't understand about communication within a relationship.
