Speech Topics
First Day
Rules/Regs
I talk, you listen. Two ears, only one mouth.
The more we listen, the faster we learn, the more fun stuff we get to do. If we can't listen and learn, we spend all day drilling techniques.
You respect me, I respect you. You disrespect me or the team, you will spend time running or doing burpees. We love burpees.

Drilling
When drilling, partners do not go limp. Being a good partner means paying attention, giving about 50% resistance, and acting like a wrestler would. If you go limp and crumble from everything, your partner cannot learn.
The more focus you put in, the more reps you get in, the better you get. Being lazy during drills means neither you nor your partner learn as effectively. Hold each other accountable.
Drill what we are drilling - don't waste time sparring and such, there will be a time for that, we are here for a purpose.

Ask Questions!
I don't know what you don't know unless you tell me. I don't know if something is unclear if nobody asks. I will never be mad if you as me a legitimate question about something we are actually talking about. Be sure to stay relevant!
