Do not use too much white, it will make the page look bland and plain.

A search bar for the website can be used for people who want to search specific information.

Have the website be encrypted and secure.
Make sure that the website loads fast.
Make sure that there is a separate contact information page that can be easily accessed at the home page.
Use relevant images to draw the viewer's attention to pages that they commonly want to look for.
