Social mobility
Getting students to have a social status. Helping them build a social relationship with others and just knowing how to open up and talk to people.
"Part of the reason for the powerful influence of the social mobility goal in the American setting is it's remarkable flexilibility;" (Labaree, 1997,p.59).
“Schools, it seems, occupy an awkward position at the intersection between what we hope society will become and what we think it really is, between political ideals and economic realities.” (Labaree, 1997, p. 41)
When these schools are preparing their students to become well-endowed citizens, they prepare them for their social success.
Democratic equality
How the school should also focus on getting students ready for the outside world. teaching them the skills and trade work for if students don't want to go to college.
“From the democratic equality approach to schooling, one argues that a democratic society cannot persist unless it prepares all of its young with equal care to take on the full responsibilities of citizenship in a competent manner. We all depend on this political competence of our fellow citizens, since we put ourselves at the mercy of their collective judgment about the running of our society.” (Labaree, 1997, p. 42)
We depend on others to be able to co-lead with us since we have made it so that there are only certain people are able to lead us and they are under our watch.

Social Effciency
Fruitfulness
Having trade work for students that are not wanting to go to college. Trade work because they are needed more in the work force than anything else.
Conceptual Ecology Paper
I believe this relates to my paper in more than one way. The way teachers affect students is something big, whether it is social or not. Social aspects of a students life is very, very important.Teaching these to them as a student will help them understand society a little bit more. Giving them a taste of what it's like will prepare them for if they go to college or not. It gives them an opportunity and a window to look into the real world just a tiny bit so they are prepared. Teaching them about politics may give them benefits on understanding a lot of problems they may face after their schooling is done, college or high school. I fully support teaching these things to students and I see no harm in it.

How this all fits into my paper is i believe all of it is by teaching. it is important that we teach and learn things as we go. so that when we our teachers one day we can teach students. To have the three goals from the article that we read. It is important that we teach social skills and help build relationships with others. we should also help students get read for the outside world and teach them common knowledge things so they have a sense of what they are doing in the real world. If we just send them out into the world without knowing they our going to be so lost. Then most importantly having trade work offed at the school is a really good thing to have because it gives students the hands on knowledge and give a bunch of opportunities for their future in case they didn't want to go to college. College is simply not made for everyone so having these thing offered to students is amazing and a good thing to have for them.
