By rasing the salaries, the teachers will have a better attitude at teaching. Also the teachers wull have more motivation.
Hire teachers who are prepared and have graduated from the university, and continue taking courses to actualized.
It should be obligatory that the teachers go to the university to hire them and also go to courses to know how to explain the topics.
Hire teachers to not only know the topic but also to identify the students difficulties.
The teachers should take courses of tutoring so that they can guide the students and know how to trade them.
Hire teachers that adapt to the necessities of their type of students, eliminating the disparity.

Nowadays studying preschool isn't mandatory but we think that is important that the kids go to preschool because they make friends and learn basic things of the school.
Decrease the quantity of groups per teacher to explode the maximum potential of their knowledge.
In this way the teacher can solve all the questions that the class have without ignoring anybody
To do this we should open more groups and hire more teachers. In that way the teachers can put more attention to each of the students.
Invest to have basics needs in every school like all the books needed and the technology necessary with the support of the corresponding government institutions.
The government should invest enough money so that every school can satisfy the basic needs. And hire more prepared teachers.
