Difficult to get time to full CVT diaries to move forward and then do another co lab to show the versions before going live
what is the minimum value of the co lab . Mags DA sites. Progress update of where we are at with the co lab - gastro med ed hub, derm DA, PSO 360 (stakeholder management - we are still highliy committed - we can't do everything). please ask have any questions or concerns. Mind map of ideas, feel free to challenge back. what's next, let me know if this isnt what you had in mind. customer has been at the centre and the journey we are on together - lead to better patient care and meeting our csutomer needs. to cocreate for our HCPs

• need time to develop relationships with Neuroscience as started from scratch - if I had time to develop relationship with Amy she might not have required a high level DML level 30 like teegan which is risky

• if we are meant to be concentrating on ATB projects over CVT then this needs to be communicated to the teams
• med Ed activity needs to move elsewhere because we still have to be involved. We still need to oversee teamwork notifications and stay involved in the conversations - it’s not as possible as ignoring

CVT overview once a week - what are the key challenges and what are the key people i need to monitor and campaigns (One hour a week) to get a feel of where the work is
our focus is on our CVT success - what do they want to acheive and how they want to acheive that - what is going to work and not accordingly to CIE. What else is there? CVT planning
spending more time with key stakeholders and looking at the data telling them on what they need to do differently
