state
The state money recieve taxes aswell but half of what they get is from the federal government.They spend their money on schools,education,hospitals ,housing roads and railways,police and ambulance services.
federal
The federal government raises money to run the country by colecting taxes on income they then spend this on trade,defense,immigration and the enviroment.
local
The local councils collect taxes from their area and recieve grants from the federal and state governments then they use this money to build things in their area and to fix or make new things.

A common law is made in court by a judge using precident

A precident is when the court has a case thats similiar to a case from the past and they look at that one and the new one and make a decision

A statute law is a bill that get passed to both house then the governor general

A bill is the start of making a law it is what you hand to the different types of laws and it saids what you want to make on it.
