    - - Having the results and pictures of people participating could help give students and parents a sense of achievement and pride

    - - This could be beneficial for people who are interested in certain sports, and would like to make some more friends who share the same hobbies
      - The house system also brings together students as it is providing one big group who share the same goal, this also encourages social interaction
- - - - A YouTube video would be the cheapest option as it would be free to make, it just requires the right people to be able to create and edit
      - A EPub would also be a good cost-free option while still including the YouTube video
    - - Having a booklet or newsletter as the finished publication could be more expensive to make as it would cost more to print coloured paper
    - - A black and white newsletter could be cheaper than coloured, as well as take up less sheets of paper.
