Calendar Assessment
The aim of the assessment
The aim of the assessment is to take inspiration from some of the latest artists to contribute to this movement, including Brisbane’s own illustrator Dizzy Little Dotty. The task is to plan and execute twelve (12) “Drawings over Photographs”. Once created, these images will be collated into a calendar. Each image must incorporate the month and a theme into it.
e.g. December = Christmas / January = Australia Day / July = Winter.
The constraints of the packaging
The constraints of the packing include:
Package must include,twelve (12) “Drawings over Photographs”
9 weeks of class time to complete.
Must take 12 different types of photos, which will be used for the different designs.
Designing on Adobe Illustrator
Content of the package
Package must incorporate the month into in somehow.
e.g. December = Christmas / January = Australia Day / July = Winter etc or the different seasons
Visual diary: including all different pages of research for example, styles, inspiration, concepts, thumbnails, etc..
Twelve (12) “Drawings over Photographs” calendar pages.
