Personal Growth
Personal growth is at the heart of my learning growth and is the route to many of my most cherished moments and achievements in my life. Whilst sometimes being a challenge, the reward and impact developing on a personal level can bring into my life often is profound and whilst sometimes being the hurdle, it's always the route to change and overcoming the obstacles in my life. Personal growth guides my decisions and behaviours with others and I guess I see it as my 'guide' through life.

Achievement
Up until recently I wasn't aware of achievement being a core driver of mine but when I look back, most of my life has been spent trying to 'achieve' new things through skateboarding. Whilst I haven't (yet) been driven by academic achievement, achievement to me is the reward for personal development and is a tangible manifestation of the inner work I've been doing. Achievement symbolises growth, new learning opportunities and dedication towards taking action to what's important for me.
Recognition
Recognition is important to me because of the drive and motivation it gives me to pursuit my goals and ambitions. Recognition make me feel proud of what I have achieved, Although perhaps not the healthiest of the top 5, I have to admire the feeling it gives me. Recognition makes me feel proud, inspired and often gets me fired up - kind of like a performer who does what he does in front of a crowed, to entertain.
Write down the new identities and habitutes in a brain storm, then describe why this is important to you and add what behaviours might I manifest because of this new quality or identity.
