How a company is comprised will affect all of these aspects
Use of organizational structure, rules, regulations, and procedures
Products and reflections of a struggle for political control
Meaning these can be utilized as a tool to manipulate aspects within an organization to better adhere to where the person or people in power would like the organization to go moving forward
All of this however can lead to an organization appearing like a "psychic prison"
The very idea of an organization would suggest that we as humans can get "caught up in a web of our own creation
