- Get psychological help
You may have past traumas or other psychological reasons that helped you to develop ADHD. You have to resolve these issues before everything else.

Go to bed before midnight, no matter what you feel.
Get up early even if you have time or didn't rest enough. Repeat this until you correct your sleep pattern.

- Change your diet
In order to win this fight, you must do this! This is the most important part of the solution.

3. Prepare yourself
- Get a companion.
ADHD is hard to beat without a partner. You can't win against ADHD if you don't fight. Since you can't even concentrate to do almost anything, you won't even have a fight, let alone winning. Even if you try, you will end up losing fights easily and pretty fast. Get a companion; be a girlfriend, a spouse or your parent... Don't fight alone!
- Get ready mentally.
ADHD puts you in a vicious cycle. If you want to win, you have to do something! Just realizing this will have a great impact on your fight! People don't develop ADHD instantly, but they expect to recover instantly by using some drugs. This is wrong in all aspects. If you develop ADHD slowly in time then you have to get rid of it gradually. Any solution that heals you instantly is dead wrong!
- Prepare your body.
You almost already know why you are ADHD and you know it is mostly about your food intake and lifestyle(at least these are the things you can change and have control on it). So you have to do some changes. Be prepared to change your habits!
- Don't use medication!
Ritalin, Adderal, Vyvanse and all other amphetamine and methylphenidate based medications are shit! DO NOT USE THEM! If you are currently using them, then gradually lower your dose and never use them again! Why? Because they make you dependent to themselves! Using Concerta 27mg? Get ready to jump to 36mg in a couple of months and ending up taking 2x 54mg per day!
