Members of the Board of Commissioners must be professional, with integrity and ability so that they can carry out their functions properly including ensuring that the Board of Directors has taken into account the interests of all stakeholders.
The Board of Commissioners' oversight and advisory functions include precautions, improvements, and temporary dismissals.

The Board of Commissioners may not participate in making operational decisions. In the event that the Board of Commissioners makes decisions regarding matters stipulated in the articles of association or legislation, the decision is made in its function as a supervisor, so that the decisions on operational activities remain the responsibility of the Board of Directors.
