10 ARTICLES OF MEXICAN CONSTITUTION

ARTICLE 14 - No law shall be retroactive to the detriment of any person.


Article 11.- Everyone has the right to enter the Republic, leave it, travel through its territory and move from residence, without the need for a security letter, passport, safe-conduct or other similar requirements. The exercise of this right will be subordinated to the faculties of the judicial authority, in cases of criminal or civil responsibility, and those of the administrative authority, as regards the limitations imposed by the laws on emigration, immigration and general health of the republic, or pernicious foreigners residing in the country.

ARTICLE 4 - The man and the woman are equal before the law. This will protect the organization and development of the family.

ARTICLE 28 - In the United States of Mexico, monopolies, monopolistic practices, tobacconists and tax exemptions are prohibited under the terms and conditions established by law. The same treatment will be given to the prohibitions for the protection of the industry.

ARTICLE 7 - The freedom to write and publish writings on any subject is inviolable. No law or authority can establish prior censorship, or require bail to authors or printers, or restrict the freedom of the press, which has no limits other than respect for private life, morals and public peace. In no case may the printing press be seized as an instrument of crime.

ARTICLE 31 - The obligations of Mexicans are:


Have their children or pupils, under fifteen years of age, attend public or private schools, to obtain elementary and military elementary education, during the time set by the law of public instruction in each State.

Artículo 17 - No person will be able to do justice for himself or to exercise violence to claim his right.

ARTICLE 32 - Mexicans shall be preferred to foreigners, in equal circumstances, for all kinds of concessions and for all jobs, positions or commissions of the government in which the quality of citizenship is not indispensable. In time of peace, no foreigner may serve in the Army or in the police or public security forces.

Article 123.
Everyone has the right to decent and socially useful work; to this end, the creation of jobs and the social organization for work will be promoted, in accordance with the law.

Article 113. The National Anticorruption System is the coordination instance between the authorities of all government orders competent in the prevention, detection and sanction of
administrative responsibilities and acts of corruption, as well as in the control and oversight of public resources.

The current challenge we are facing is the impunity and injustice that occurs when a judgement is in process.
