Nowadays, we can see that education is not totally free because, in public schools, they charge monthly fees that the government should cover. 
Public hospitals are in very bad conditions, and there isn't enough space and staff to attend people, who end up dying in the corridors because they don't attend on time.

EPN made a modification to the Constitution which says that it's permissible for other authorities from other countries to interfere in internal affairs of Mexico, this is considered a loss of sovereignty because the country already depends on other authorities.
