The main duty of the
Legistlative branch, is to make the laws.

The senate is re-elected each six years,
by the citizens of the United States.

Qualifications for the senate:
1) To be a USA citizen for at least 9 years.
2) To have residency in the state they represent.
3) At least 30 years of age.
Qualifications to be in House of represenitives
1) At least 25 years.
2) To be a USA citizen for at least 7 years.
3) To have residency in the state that is being represented

The purpose of the Executive branch
is to ecicute (carry out), the laws.
The president serves 4 years
in the office, they can be re-elected
into office to serve another 4 years.
The cabinet serves for as long
as the president that elected
them has served in office. If the president
is re-elected, they will will be in office again.

1) Has to be born in the USA.
2) Has to be 35 years of age.
3) Has stop be elected by the people.
Vice President:
1) Has to be born in the USA.
2) Has to be 35 years of age.
3) Had to be a resident of the USA for 14 years
The Cabinet:
1) Has to be a elected by the president in office.
The executive branch has the power to start wars,
and battles against other nations. Also, the President is the commander in chief of the military.
Judicial Branch
