Advantages (Pros) :check:

Full permissions for managing site
Accessible via O365, thus all users already have user accounts
Single sign on with O365
Customization to company CI
Able to house all training manuals, videos and assessment links
User friendly
Disadvantages (Cons) :red_cross:
Unable to house Scorm files
Limited reporting
Certifications not granted for completion of training items
