Plot

Old drunk man, dies after cows go crazy

The drover, married to a black woman before she died of tb. Now he and lady Ashley are having a romantic relationship. He also moves the cows.

The movie shows alot about how the aborigines were treated back then.

They also show their culture. Facepainting, music, dancing, clothing and so on..

King George, Nullahs grandfather. He was accused of killing lady Ashley's husband. His spear was the murdur wepon, but it was the guys from the other farm that made it look like as it was his fault.

About Australia/setting

The capital city is Canberra, and the largest city is Sidney. Australia is mainly desert, so the cities are very populated. The country has a different and exotic plant and animal life. They also have treir own indigenous people, the aborigines. They make out about 2% of Australias population.

Neil Fletcher, He wants to take over the farm, and does alot of bad stuff to achieve it. He is also Nullah's father.

The movie takes place in northern Australia before world war two (1939).We also see some clips in England at the start of the film.

  1. There are two farms compeating against each other because of kettle. Who is going to take the beaf to the city.
  1. Lady sarah Ashley travels to Australia and finds out her husband is dead. After this, she takes over the farm. She then forms a relationship with the drover.
  1. Later, the lady meets Nullah. He tells her that he is going to be sendt to mission iseland if he gets caught. She then helps him.
  1. Lady Ashley and the others moves the cows towards Darwin. The other farm is not to happy about it.
  1. Guys from the other farm are trying to stop them and sets fire to the land around them, making the cows go crazy and kills the old drunk man. But they manages to take the cettle to Darwin. This makes the other men really angry. After a while, Fletcher kills king Carney.

Themes

  1. Later, the japanese bombs northern Australia and the island Nullah are.The city and every farm gets destroyd. The driver finsd Nullah and the other kinds and rescue them from the island. He thinks Ashley is dead but finds out she is not.
  1. Lastly, Fletcher is trying to kill Nullah by shooting him, but king George saves Nullah by throwing a spear at him, Impaling the spear right trough him. After this, Nullah and king George leaves far away downs, saying farwell to Lady Ashley and the driver.
