Team building is a sequence of planned activities designed to gather and analyse data on the functioning of a group and to initiate changes designed to improve teamwork and increase group effectiveness
common team building approaches: someone in or out of the team notes a problem then team members work together to gather and analyse data about the problem- to plan actions for improvement, implement action plans, monitor and evaluate results and take further action if it is required.
