want to have a good flexible schedule while maintaining organization
Location
within walking distance of office building or shopping malls
I would like it close enough time-wise to my home , but far enough away to not have to worry about privacy
For caterings , don't want to travel no more than a 50-mile radius
Travel
Direct from bakery to customer type service
Eventually will have a food truck and then a brick and motor which would eliminate a lot of the traveling I would personally have to do
In the beginning my main way to make income would be traveling in the bakery van
Physical Requirement
be able to work in a fast pace and multi-task
able to work with hands to make pastry/baked goods

Family Involvement
I would like to pass down the business through generations , but keeping it in the family.
Besides husband and children , I wouldn't want any other family involvement , it would cause situations to get more complicated ; especially when making business decisions.
My husband and future children will be involved

have to be willing to make sure communication is open between employer and employee
be able to work on individual task as well
prefer working in a team aspect
Maintaining majority share
all sign offs must be approved by me if needed to be put to a vote
maintain good relationship with investors while still having final say veto
