- - - - The organization is the second phase of the administrative cycle
        It is a continuous process that consists in distributing the (1) tasks, (2) the resources, (3) the authority and (4) the responsibility. In this module we will learn to develop that process.
    - - To go to a place, we first need to know where we are. That way we can decide which road is better for us and what we will need to get there (gasoline, money, etc.). By establishing for our company a place to take her, we need to know where she is.
    - - This part is not difficult, it is the most attractive. We only imagine how we would be better, how we want to be, where we want to be. Regarding yourself, ask yourself: where would you like to be tomorrow, where would you like to spend your vacations, where would you like to work, how much money would you want to earn per month ...
    - - In this part we have already defined where we are and where we are going,
        Now we have to define how we got there.
        That is his strategy, his plan, his tactics, his line, his line, his arrow. Evaluate it well. If you can not think of something better to achieve your goal, then it is the best strategy that counts. Now execute it, take it to practice.

    - - The two previous points serve, for example, if we are working on an independent project, on a commission or temporary team, or if we are creating or restructuring a company. However it is not always so. You at your job have fixed tasks to perform daily or periodically.
    - - When we work in a team (department, commission, management, direction, etc.) we have other people with whom we will collaborate to take the tasks forward. The list of tasks for which our team is responsible can and should be divided among the members of the team. For something they are all in the team.
    - - The tasks must be well specified to be fully complied with. People need to know what is expected of them in order to fulfill it. A job description helps a lot to have a clear idea of everything an employee (collaborator) should do. But it is possible and necessary to specify things more.
- - - - Resources are things that the company has to produce. For example: office supplies, raw materials, money, premises, cars, the talent of its people, and so on.
    - - To know what resources we need we rely on the list of tasks to be done. Each task can be considered as a process, and therefore it needs resources to be able to exist. Let's see, if you intend to send a letter to another company, what resources would you need?
    - - The needs are unlimited but the resources are not. If you are going to take a task forward no matter how much you need this or that resource, you have to adapt to what you have.
    - - After distributing the tasks in an organization or in a team, it will be necessary to distribute the resources to be able to do them. Remember that without the necessary resources, the expected results will not be achieved. Do not expect a secretary to send elegant letters if we do not give you at least one sheet of paper for it.
- - - - It is the obligation to respond for something. When you are assigned a task, you are automatically responsible for it. If it goes well, you will take the merits. And if not, too.
    - - It is the power to make decisions. If you are assigned a task, you should also be assigned a minimum authority to perform the task. That is, in the development of the task you will have to make certain decisions: with due authority and to a certain extent, those decisions will be made by you and by now.
    - - Authority without responsibility is tyranny, it is dictatorship. The responsibility without authority is slavery. When there is no equilibrium we are closer to dictatorship or slavery. You have to stay in the right middle, you have to have balance between forces.
    - - An organization chart is the graphic representation of the organization of a company, especially its authority and responsibility.
