Sources of Power
The main source of power would be the manager and the deputy manager at the brook club.

The youths are protects by the Data protection and health and safety rules.
Everything that has been said between the youths and staff is confidential.
The staff act a witness to the youths as they are witnessing what each youth is up to but at the end of the day they are not their parents and therefore don't become involved.
Sources of motivation
Being able to help Kids off the street and keeping them safe.
Keeping the youth away from Crime and keeping them busy by doing different activities.
Seeing a decrease in the rates of crime in the local area and an increase in the number of youths attending the youth club.
Being able to give the youth a form of informal education
