Leadership = Creating/Crafting a vision/goal for an organization and Equipping followers to carry out that goal
Management= Leveraging resources to control specific tasks that work towards the end goal of an organization

Both management and Leadership should focus on the health of the followers/staff
Stewardship of resources/staff/followers
Competency involved in both (Anthony & Estep, 349)
Leaders & Managers both need to be active in their pursuit and growth of their own skills and competencies
